Dexteyra Consulting Group Inc.

Our name Dexteyra is derived from "dexterity". It also relates to the Portuguese word destreza or "the True Skill" and the Spanish fine art of playing with swords.  That is what we consultants actually do when we play with the cutting edge of the "state-of-the art" technology to design business solutions in corporate conference rooms.

At Dexteyra, we primarily operate in the Technology, Consulting, and Outsourcing business model. We believe that Management and Technology consulting is a blend of art and science that can be built only by creativity and expression. By diligently understanding our client's dynamic business requirements, we can build definitive business and technology solutions.

We believe that a true business solution is like an efficiently built cube that can also be developed by combining multifaceted geometrical figures such as octahedrons and parallelopipeds by precisely connecting lines in proportion through certain centers of edges.

Dexteyra’s Translational Advantage

We have learnt from experience that traditionally there has been a large gap between the solutions offered by strategy consulting companies and the implementation capabilities of certain tools such as SAP to deliver those solutions at tactical and operations levels. Our consultants were engaged in some projects where they had to start building an SAP solution straight out of the key process measurement forms (KPMFs) created by “strategy consultants”. We have always found a big disconnect, for example between, key performance indicators (KPIs) at tactical level versus KPMFs at strategic level.

To fill this void and to design a true solution that would meet our client's business requirements at all three levels involving strategic, tactical, and operational solutions, Dexteyra’s teams typically comprise of strategy consultants, solutions architects, and system configurators. Our consultants at all three levels have hands-on configuration experience that allows them to capture the required level of details in the design phase and at the same time, foresee the feasibility of solutions. We provide options that include detailed explanation relating to pro’s and cons of each possbility and make soft recommendation to our clients. The clients then make an educated decision on the end-state process. We do not make decisions in most cases, but help our clients to make educated decisions. We work with our clients during design phase to help them understand the process and enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionalities and also develop prototypes to depict the end-state scenarios.
